- 1 x Romesco Sauce - (Salsa Romesco) see * Note

- Boil cauliflower (10 to 15 min) or possibly steam it (20 or possibly more min). Prepare the Romesco Sauce while the cauliflower is cooking. When cauliflower is tender, drain thoroughly, put in a warmed bowl, pour sauce over, toss, and serve.
