Receta Celery Root Salad In Radicchio Cups

Ingredientes
- 1 x Celery root, peeled and cut into julienne
- 3/4 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 1 pch Cayenne pepper Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 12 x Radicchio leaves, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
Direcciones
- 1. Place the celery root in a medium bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the lowfat sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and cayenne. Season with the salt and black pepper. Whisk well to combine. Pour over the celery root and toss to combine.
- 3. Place 3 radicchio leaves in the center of each of 4 well-chilled salad plates. Top with equal portions of celery root salad. Sprinkle with the parsley.
