Receta Celeste Holm's Halibut

Ingredientes
- 2 x Halibut filets
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1 x Minced onion Dill Salt & pepper Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. White wine
Direcciones
- Heat butter in pan over stovetop. Chop onions, add in to pan and saute/fry.
- Season filets with salt & pepper and place in pan. Let cook for approximately 5 min...make sure not to turn the fish. Place pan in oven and broil till top is slightly browned. Remove halibut from oven, spatula on plate and add in lowfat sour cream to side if you like.
- Serve fish and salad with broil red potatoes.
