Receta Cereal Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1/2 c. Unbleached white flour
- 3/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar or possibly less
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Measure cereal and lowfat milk into mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add in egg whites and oil. Let stand one or possibly two min to soften cereal. Mix flours, baking pwdr and sugar. Beat liquid-cereal mix with wire whisk. Add in dry ingredients to cereal mix, stirring only till combined. Spoon batter gently into lightly oiled or possibly paper-lined muffin tins. Bake for 25 min.
- Makes 12 muffins.
