Ingredientes
- 1 pt strawberries hulled, sliced
- 1/2 pt raspberries rinsed, picked over
- 1/2 pt blueberries rinsed, picked over
- 1/3 c. sugar - (to 1/2) or possibly to taste
- 1/2 c. Chambord liqueur
- 8 scoop frzn vanilla yogurt or possibly ice cream
Direcciones
- In a saucepan combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and sugar, bring mix to a simmer over moderately-low heat, stirring gently, and simmer till sugar begins to dissolve. Add in the liqueur and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 min.
- Arrange ice cream in 4 serving dishes and immediately spoon warm sauce over.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
