Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Pillsbury's Best All-Purpose Flour*, sifted
  • 1/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Pillsbury's Best All-Purpose Flour*
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Double-acting baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. Maraschino cherries, finely cut
  • 1/2 c. Coconut
  • 1/2 c. Funsten's Walnuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. BAKE at 350 degrees for 10 min, then for 30 to 40 min.
  2. MAKES 3dozen. Sift together the 1 c. flour with the confectioners' sugar. Cut n butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Press mix firmly into ungreased 11 x 7 or possibly 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 10 min. Sift together into mixing bowl 1/4 c. flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in Large eggs. Stir in maraschino cherries, coconut, and walnuts. Spread over partially-baked mix. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 30 to 40 min. Cold; cut into bars.*For use with Pillsbury's Best Self-Rising Flour, omit baking pwdr and salt.
