Receta Cheater Chicken Parmesan

Ingredientes
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin Flour Egg Bread crumbs, (if you use unseasoned be sure to add in salt and pepper)
- 1 jar of your favorite Marinara sauce Mozzarella cheese, sliced, (or possibly Jack - it works OK)
Direcciones
- Rinse chicken breasts and dredge in flour, then dip in egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry till brown in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Layer in a baking pan in this way: sauce, chicken, cheese, sauce, chicken, cheese, sauce. Bake at about 325 till heated through. I serve mine with pasta, salad and bread.
