Receta Cheater's Layered Finger Jell O

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Water -- at room temp
- 1 env Knox gelatin
- 2 x 6 ounce boxes
- 1 c. Whipping cream Jell-O

- Place water in a microwavable bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Stir in Jell-O. Microwave on high till sugar melts. I usually do 2 min then stir, then 2 more min. Stir in whipping cream. Pour into greased (I usually spray with veg. oil) 8x8 Pyrex casserole or possibly cake pan.
- Chill. The whipping cream does all the work for you. It floats to the top to make a two layered Jell-O!! A few hrs later, slice and arrange on a platter. Sprinkle water and a little of Jell-O pwdr in your face and drag yourself out to your guests and tell them you spent hrs making the 2 layered Jell-O. They'll be so appreciative when they taste your delicious Jell-O which they'll offer to clean up and do the dishes for you so which you can rest. Humbly accept and enjoy the rest of the day!! If you'll be eating the Jell-O outdoors on a warm day, you might want to add in another envelope of Knox.
