Receta Cheese And Clam Fondue

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce process Cheese -- cubed
- 4 ounce Swiss cheese -- cubed
- 1 can chopped clams -- (6 1/2 ounce.)
- 3 Tbsp. finely minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced pimento
- 3 dsh Tabasco sauce Garlic pwdr to taste Seasoned pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Direcciones
- Place cheese in 3-c. glass serving dish. Drain clams, reserving 1/4 c. liquid. Add in liquid to cheese cubes. Set clams aside. Microwave cheese on High for 2 min or possibly till just melted. stirring once. Stir in clams and remaining ingredients. Microwave on High for 2 1/2 min or possibly till warm. Serve with cubes of French bread for dipping into cheese mix.
