- 2 can Whole green chiles, seeded, broken into strips
- 2 lb Sharp cheddar, grated
- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 can (13-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 can (4.5-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Yellow corn meal
- 3/4 x -(up to)
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce
Direcciones
- Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Layer green chiles & grated Cheddar cheese in dish. Add in lowfat milk to beaten Large eggs & stir in salt & corn meal. Pour over green chiles & Cheddar. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Remove from oven & add in mozzarella cheese & cover with tomato sauce. Bake 10 more min.
