Receta Cheese And Green Chili Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 x 15-ounce. can minced tomatoes
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 1 x 4-ounce. can green chilies, liquid removed and minced
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a saucepan, add in flour and mix well. Pour in cream and stir till mix starts to thicken. Remove from heat. Combine tomatoes and garlic in a saucepan and cook over medium heat till mix starts to thicken, stir in cream sauce and chilies. Slowly add in cheese and continue stirring till cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
- Note: Slimmers -: Use fat free Half and Half in place of the cream.
