Receta Cheese And Herb Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 8 x Russet potatoes, washed and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 jar fat-free turkey gravy
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt Sargento shredded colby cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Grnd thyme
- 1 tsp Dry basil leaves
Direcciones
- PROCEDURE:1. In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat combine the gravy and lowfat sour cream. Add in the salt, pepper and herbs and heat through.
- 2. Add in the potatoes and turn off the heat. Stir to mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to a casserole dish and arrange potatoes to look attractive.
- Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 min.
- Uncover and continue baking, uncovered for approximately 20 min or possibly till golden on top. Allow to cold 10 min and serve with beef, pork or possibly poultry.
