Ingredients: 1 3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs; 1/4 c. Sugar; 1/2 stk butter; 3 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/8 tsp Salt; 4 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 c. Lowfat sour cream; 1/4 c. Sugar; 2 tsp Vanilla

Ingredientes

1 3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 stk butter
3 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
4 x Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

CRUST: Mix all ingredients and press into bot- tom and sides of greased 10-inch spring-form pan. CAKE: Soften cream cheese; blend in sugar and salt. Beat till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Add in vanilla.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 50 min. Let stand 15 min. TOPPING: Combine ingredients and spread over cake. Bake at 450 for 10 min. Cold.
Chill. Decorate with strawberries, blueberries or possibly cherry pie filling.
