Ingredientes

  • For the sponge:
  • 6 Tbsp very warm 1% low-fat milk (120-130 F)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pkg quick-rise yeast
  • 2 Tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour
  • Dough:
  • 7.9 oz unbleached all-purpose flour, divided (about 1 3/4 cups)
  • 2.25 oz whole-wheat pastry flour (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • Cooking spray
  • For the filling:
  • 4 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • For brushing:
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
