Receta Cheese Egg Strata

Ingredientes
- 8 x white bread slices crusts removed
- 8 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 x bacon slices cooked and crumbled
- 6 x Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dsh pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 F.Grease a 9x13" baking dish; line bottom with bread slices. Layer mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon.
- In large bowl, beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk, salt and pepper; beat till well blended. Pour over cheese and bacon mix in dish.
- Bake for 45-50 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
