Receta Cheese Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 stk oleo
- 1/4 c. Onion
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1 sm Jar cheese whiz
- 2 c. Mashed potatoes
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Simmer 1/2 stick oleo and onion till done the way you want. Sprinkle flour to thicken. Add in lowfat milk, 1/2 stick butter, cheese, potatoes, salt and pepper. Heat till cheese melts, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
