Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 slc White or possibly wheat bread, but
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Cheese, shredded
- 1/8 tsp Onion salt
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 6 dsh Warm pepper sauce, to taste
Direcciones
- Cut bread into strips; place with buttered side down into 10 ounce custard c.. In a bowl, lightly beat the egg; add in lowfat milk, cheese, onion salt, salt, and warm pepper sauce. Pour into custard c.. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 min or possibly till puffy and golden. Serve immediately
