Receta Cheese Ravioli With Crab And Garlicsauce

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce cheese ravioli
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 4 T butter, divided
- 3 T flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound crab (imitation is fine)
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In a small frying pan, saute garlic in oil over medium heat till pale gold, about 1-2 min. Set aside.Cook ravioli, al dente; drain. Set aside.
- In medium saucepan, heat 3 tbsp butter over low heat. Stir in flour, then gradually lowfat milk. Cook and stir over low heat till smooth and thick. Add in salt, pepper and sauteed garlic mix (with oil).
- In a small pan heat the remaining tbsp of butter. Add in the crab and toss over medium heat till hot. Remove.
- Place ravioli on platter. Top with hot crab mix, then sauce. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Approximately 6 servings.
