Receta Cheese & Red pepper Quesadillas
Serve with a side of salsa and enjoy this delicious lunch or light supper.
Ingredientes
- 4 Flour (large) Tortillas
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 stick butter
- Mild sauce Salsa, to serve
Direcciones
- Using a griddle pan add butter, lay 2 tortillas flat add cheese, red peppers, add another tortilla on top, once lightly brown and cheese has melted flip tortilla and brown the other side
- Remove to a clean work surface and cut into quarters
- Serve with a mild salsa
