Receta Cheese Quesadillas With Tuna

Ingredientes
- 6 x Flour tortillas
- 1 c. Monterey jack cheese
- 1 lrg Can tuna
- 6 Tbsp. Diced chilies
- 6 Tbsp. Red peppers
- 6 Tbsp. Diced black olives Salsa
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lay tortilla on large baking pan. Sprinkle layer of jack cheese over half. Sprinkle some tuna over cheese. Dot with 1 Tbsp. chili, 1 Tbsp. roasted pepper & 1 Tbsp. black olives. Fold. Repeat with other 5 tortillas. Bake till cheese is melted, about 10-15 min. Serve cut into wedges with salsa.
