Receta Cheese Topped Orange Roughy

Ingredientes
- 2 lb orange roughy or possibly sole/code or possibly snapper TOPPING:
- 1/3 c. light mayonnaise (I used Kraft Fat Free)
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 c. green onion sliced
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr (1/4 to 12) Warm sauce to taste (I used very little)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place fish in a shallow glass casserole coated with cooking spray; bake 8 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients. Spread topping proportionately over cooked fish fillets. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 min or possibly till topping is lightly browned.
