Ingredientes
- 1 T gelatin
- 1 c. cool water
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 c. whipped cream
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple and save the juice. Boil juice with sugar. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add in to pineapple juice mix. Blend in pineapple, coconut, cheese and whipped cream gently till well blended. Put in mold. Refrigerate.
