Receta Cranberry Whipped Cream Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Crushed pineapple
- 3 ounce Raspberry flavored gelatin
- 16 ounce Canned, whole cranberry sauc
- 1 tsp Orange peel, finely shredded
- 11 ounce Can, mandarin oranges
- 1 c. Whipping cream Frosted fruit
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple; reserve syrup. Add in boiling water to reserved syrup to make 1 c.. Dissolve gelatin in warm liquid. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel; refrigerateuntil partially set. Mix in orange sections and pineapple. Whip cream until soft peaks form; fold into fruit mix. Pour into 6 c. mold. Refrigerateuntil set.
- Unmold; garnish cranberry sald with frosted fruit.
- FROSTED FRUIT: Break 1 lb. green grapes into small clusters. Dip grapes and 1/2 lb. cranberries into beaten egg white. Drain; dip fruit in sugar to coat.
- Place fruit on rack to dry for 2 hrs.
