Ingredients: 1 pkt Lorna Doone cookies - (10 ounce) crushed; 1/4 lb butter melted; 1/4 c. sugar; 1 env Knox gelatin; 16 ounce cream cheese; 8 ounce lowfat sour cream; 2 x Large eggs; 2 Tbsp. butter; 2 Tbsp. cornstarch; 1 c. sugar; 1 tsp vanilla Crushed cookie crumbs for garnish

Ingredientes

1 pkt Lorna Doone cookies - (10 ounce) crushed
1/4 lb butter melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 env Knox gelatin
16 ounce cream cheese
8 ounce lowfat sour cream
2 x Large eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla Crushed cookie crumbs for garnish

Direcciones

Crust: Mix crumbs with butter, sugar, and gelatin. Pat out proportionately over bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for exactly 8 min.
Filling: Beat with electric mixer; cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs, butter, cornstarch, suger and vanilla. When filling is perfectly smooth and creamy, pour into crust.
Return to 350 degree oven and bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cold 20 min before cutting. Sprinkle top with cookie crumbs.
