Ingredients: 4 c. Idaho frzn O'Brien potatoes; 1/2 lb Cooked roast beef, cubed; 1 c. Frzn sliced carrots; 1 jar (12 ounces) beef or possibly mushroom gravy; 1/4 c. Chili sauce; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 c. Shredded Cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese; 2 Tbsp. Thinly sliced green onion

1/2 lb Cooked roast beef, cubed
1 c. Frzn sliced carrots
1 jar (12 ounces) beef or possibly mushroom gravy
1/4 c. Chili sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Shredded Cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. Thinly sliced green onion

Direcciones

In 2-qt microwave-safe casserole combine frzn potatoes, roast beef, carrots, gravy, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 12 to 15 min or possibly till heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and green onion; re-cover and let stand 2 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
