Receta Cheesy Salmon Loaf

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce can red or possibly pink salmon, remove bones
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 x green pepper, diced fine
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 1 x egg, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. raw white rice
- 4 ounce package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except cheese, then mix well and pack into greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 min.
- Let stand five min before removing from pan.
