Receta Chenna Masala
A traditional North-Indian Vegetarian Dish
Ingredientes
- 1. Onion
- 2. Tomato
- 3. Potato
- 4. Sajeera
- 5. Channa (Soaked and Boiled)
- 6. Turmeric
- 7. Chilli Powder
- 8. Channa masala
- 9. Black Cardamom
- 10. Green Cardamom
- 11. Green Chillies
- 12. Cloves
- 13. Chinnamon Stick
- 14. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 15. Lemon
- 16. Coriander Leaves
Direcciones
- Heat the Pan. Add oil.
- Now add cloves, chinnamon, Shajeera, black and green cardamom,. Now add potatoes and fry.
- Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Add Chilli, turmeric, sauté and add tomato paste and stir.
- Now add the Channa powder. Now stir and after 5 minutes add channa and required water, lemon juice and salt. Now crush the gravy using masher.
- Close the lid and wait for 10 min on slow heat.
- Now add coriander leaves. For tempering…. Add fried sajeera and slitted green chillies.
- Serve hot.
