Ingredientes

  • 1. Onion
  • 2. Tomato
  • 3. Potato
  • 4. Sajeera
  • 5. Channa (Soaked and Boiled)
  • 6. Turmeric
  • 7. Chilli Powder
  • 8. Channa masala
  • 9. Black Cardamom
  • 10. Green Cardamom
  • 11. Green Chillies
  • 12. Cloves
  • 13. Chinnamon Stick
  • 14. Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 15. Lemon
  • 16. Coriander Leaves

Direcciones

  1. Heat the Pan. Add oil.
  2. Now add cloves, chinnamon, Shajeera, black and green cardamom,. Now add potatoes and fry.
  3. Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Add Chilli, turmeric, sauté and add tomato paste and stir.
  4. Now add the Channa powder. Now stir and after 5 minutes add channa and required water, lemon juice and salt. Now crush the gravy using masher.
  5. Close the lid and wait for 10 min on slow heat.
  6. Now add coriander leaves. For tempering…. Add fried sajeera and slitted green chillies.
  7. Serve hot.
