- Roasted Gram Dal / Pottu kadalai â 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour â 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder â 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt â to taste
- Oil â to fry
- 6. Place the deep fried roundels in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and toss gently. (This step is optional)
