Receta Cherry Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 to 4 bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 T sour lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon soda in lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. cut maraschino cherries
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Put together flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Cream sugar and butter. Add in bananas, vanilla, and large eggs. Mix. Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk. Add in cherries, chips, and walnuts. Put in well greased and lightly floured bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 to 60 min.
