Receta Cherry Crepes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 c. Biscuit mix
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 can Cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp Orange extract
Direcciones
- Blend lowfat sour cream and brown sugar; set aside. Combine biscuit mix, egg and lowfat milk. Mix till smooth. Heat oiled 6" skillet. Fry 2 Tbls biscuit mix at a time till light brown, turn and brown. Fill each crepe with a portion of lowfat sour cream mix. Roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Pour cherry pie filling over all. Bake at 350 for 5 min. Pour orange extract over crepes; ignite to serve.
