Receta Cherry Icebox Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 x (14 fluid oz) cans sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 x (21 oz) can pie cherries
- 1 x prepared crust - vanilla wafer, graham cracker, or possibly prebaked pastry shell
Direcciones
- Method:1. In a large bowl, beat the Large eggs well.
- 2. In another bowl, mix together lowfat milk and lemon juice, and add in to the Large eggs. Stir in pie cherries. Pour filling into crust. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs, and serve.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- My son always wanted this pie for his "birthday cake".
