Receta Cherry S'more Brownies Terryann Moore

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce canned maraschino cherries
- 1 pkt fudge brownie mix (for 13x9-inch pan)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 8 whl graham crackers
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
Direcciones
- Drain maraschino cherries on paper towels; cut in half. Set aside.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, using oil, water and Large eggs.
- Spread melted butter in a 13x9x2-inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with a layer of graham crackers. (If necessary, cut crackers with serrated knife to make them fit pan.) Spread brownie batter over crackers.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven 5 min less than directed on the package. Sprinkle chocolate chips, pecans, cherries and marshmallows over the top. Return to oven; bake an additional 5 to 8 min, or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Let cold. Cut into squares.
