Ingredientes
- 2 (6 ounce.) tins Johnson's Graham Cracker Crust
- 4 (8 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened) NOTE: Don't substitute another brand!
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 3 Large eggs
- Healthy pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Set crusts aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour mix into tins. Bake in oven at 225 degrees for 45 min. Switch oven off and allow cakes to cold in oven.
- The cheesecakes freeze well. To defrost, allow to sit out for approximately 2 hrs.
