- 1 lb grnd beef (round or possibly chuck)
- 1 x green onion minced
- 1/2 c. minced fresh spinach
- 1/4 c. minced tomato
- 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh dill (or possibly 3/4 tspn dry dill)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine grnd beef, green onion, spinach, tomato, feta, dill, salt and pepper. Form into 2 patties.
- Grill or possibly pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 min on each side for medium doneness.
