Ingredientes

  • 3 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. unrefined oil (corn germ oil is best)
  • 1 Tbsp. sea salt
  • 4 c. cooked brown rice (1 1/2 c. uncooked)
  • 10 c. whole wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. In a bread bowl mix together all the ingredients except the flour.
  2. Gradually add in the flour stirring after each addition till you cant stir any more.
  3. Then fold in more flour with your hand.
  4. When the dough starts holding together lift it onto a floured counter and start kneading.
  5. Add in more flour to keep the dough from sticking to the counter.
  6. Knead 300 times pausing to rest any time you want along the way.
  7. Shape the dough into 2 loaf shaped loaves.
  8. The loaf shape is good so you can slice the bread for sandwiches but any other shape works just as well.
  9. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees F. The loaves are done when theyre browned and hard when you tap them.
  10. Ideal for slicing thick or possibly thin. Delicious with cheese spreads hummus . . . in fact for any open face sandwich.
  11. Makes 2 loaf shaped loaves
