  • 1 x hot bun
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp green sweet pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. minced kosher dill pickle
  • 1 x -2 medium warm jarred peppers, sliced in circles (sports peppers are the real thing, or possibly substitute pepperoncini)
  • 1/8 tsp celery salt


  1. Heat in water, steam or possibly grill frankfurter. Center frankfurter in hot bun and dress with mustard, pickle relish, onion, tomato, dill pickle, peppers and celery salt.
