Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
- 1/2 c. (4 ounce. can) mushrooms stems
- 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 1 (1 1/2 c.) soup can lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- Paprika
- Poultry seasoning
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up
Direcciones
- Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle poultry seasoning over chicken, then sprinkle paprika on. Put chicken on top of rice, skin side up. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on full power for 20 to 24 min or possibly till done.
