  1. In frying pan put oil and heat. Dust pcs of chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Brown chicken on both sides. Add in soy sauce, cover, cook 10 min more. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. In same pan place oil, pepper, onions, pineapple, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and brown sugar. Place chicken on top of this. Cover and cook another 10 min. Serve with rice.
