Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x egg
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream & Onion potato chips, finely crushed
- 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pcs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, melted
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl beat together the lowfat milk and egg with a fork till well mixed. In a shallow dish, combine the crushed potato chips, onion pwdr and pepper. Dip chicken pcs into the egg mix, then roll them in the crushed chips. Arrange coated pcs in a single layer in a baking pan which has been coated with vegetable spray.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few min, then drizzle with melted butter and bake for 10 to 20 min till hard and golden. Serve with Ranch Dressing as a dipping sauce.
