Receta Chicken And Fish Burgers

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 Tbsp. pre-softened dry shrimps, chopped
- 2 x cm piece ginger, chopped
- 1 pkt Maggi Sambal Goreng Paste
- 250 gm minced, cooked boneless fish
- 200 gm minced, cooked boneless chicken
- 2 Tbsp. corn flour
- 2 stalk finely cut spring onions
- 1 x pepper to taste Oil for shallow frying
- 4 x burger buns, halved and buttered Lettuce Sliced cucumber and tomatoes Fried potato chips (optional) Maggi tomato ketchup Maggi chilli sauce
Direcciones
- Heat oil over low heat, stir-fry dry shrimps, ginger and Maggi paste for 3 to 5 min or possibly till aromatic. Remove from heat and allow to cold.
- Combine ingredients A. Blend in cooked Maggi paste.
- Divide mix into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty; flatten slightly.
- In a frying pan, heat oil and fry patties till done and lightly brown on both side; drain.
- On each half of buttered bun, place lettuce and tomato and cucumber slices.
- Top with patty and more tomato/cucumber slices, if you like.
- Sandwich with another half of buttered bun.
- Repeat process with remaining buns and patties.
- Serve immediately with Maggi sauces and potato chips.
- (Makes 4 burgers)
