Receta Chicken Artichoke Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 2 jars (3 1/2 ounce. each) marinated artichokes
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- Ripe olives, sliced (optional)
Direcciones
- Cook and debone chicken. Cut into pcs. Cook rice. Chop artichokes. Mix artichoke liquid with mayonnaise. Combine chicken, rice-a-roni, green onion, green pepper, artichokes and olives with mayonnaise mix. Refrigerateovernight. Serves 4.
