Ingredientes
- 1 x 3-lb.-chicken
- 2 c. cooked rice or possibly spaghetti
- 3 ounce cashew nuts warm pepper sauce to taste salt
- 2 x minced onions
Direcciones
- Boil a chicken in the usual way. reserve stock. Cut chicken into pcs and arrange on a bed of rice, or possibly spaghetti. Prepare a sauce by pounding cashew nuts with some warm pepper sauce and a healthy pinch of salt. Fry two onions and add in to nut mix, with some of the chicken stock. Pour over the chicken.
