Receta Chicken Breasts With Tomato And Garlic

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 c. tomatoes, peel/ seed
- 2 whl boneless breasts, half
- 1 x bay leaf
- 4 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 c. onions, finely minced salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Direcciones
- Salt and pepper chicken. Sauteein oil for 3 to 4 min on each side. Add in garlic, onions, wine, tomatoes, bay leaf and thyme (if you do not like thyme, use rosemary or possibly basil). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min, un- til chicken is done. Throw away bay leaf before serving.
