Ingredientes
- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1/2 pound egg noodles, cooked
- 1 med. onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. cashews (optional)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- Lowfat milk
- 1 can French fried onions
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and celery in butter. Remove from heat and add in liquid removed mushrooms and cashews. Add in to chicken and noodles. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese soup with a little lowfat milk, and add in to chicken and noodles. Add in more lowfat milk if needed. Bake for 25 min in 350 degree oven. Top with 1 can French fried onions and bake 5 min more. Can be made ahead.
