Receta Chicken Curry

Ingredientes
- 6 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves in bite size pcs 2 Tb extra virgin olive oil for sauteing (original)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 3/4 c. onion minced
- 1/2 c. green pepper minced
- 2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. cherry tomatoes halved
Direcciones
- In a large skillet or possibly wok, saute/fry chicken in extra virgin olive oil till chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Heat margarine in same skillet. Saute/fry garlic, onion, and green pepper untilsoft.
- Blend in curry pwdr, thyme, and salt.
- Add in chicken and stir till well coated with sauce. Stir in tomatoes.
- Notes: A dish pretty sufficient and tasty sufficient for company.
