Receta Chicken Cutlets With Cranberry Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb chicken cutlets Flour for cutlets
- 2/3 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 x chicken flavor cube or possibly envelope
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Flour and saute/fry cutlets in oil. Remove chicken to warming plate.
- When all are cooked, stir together cranberry sauce, lemon juice, cornstarch, bullion, salt, and water (use same skillet). Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce boils and thickens slightly. Boil for 1 minute. Spoon mix over cutlets.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
