Receta Chicken Dijon With Artichokes

Ingredientes
- 8 x Chicken breasts, halves, boned & skinned
- 6 Tbsp. Chicken broth, fat free
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 c. Chicken broth, fat free
- 1 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) artichoke hearts, liquid removed and sliced

- In a large non-stick skillet which has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, saute/fry chicken in 6 Tbsp. chicken broth. Remove from pan. Add in flour to pan and stir till smooth. You might need to add in 2 or possibly 3 more Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds if it is too dry. Stir in 2 c. broth and skim lowfat milk. Next add in mustard. Add in artichoke hearts and simmer chicken in sauce for 30 min. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
