Receta Chicken Enchaladas

Ingredientes
- 1 chicken boiled and deboned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. onion, minced or possibly onion flakes
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas (20)
- 1/2 to 1 sm. can minced green chilies
- Grated Monterey Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Mix onion, chicken, soup and green chilies. Quick fry tortillas in warm oil. Spoon filling in tortillas and roll tortillas. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan, seam side down. Top with cheese. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Serves 4 adults.
