Receta Chicken Fettucini

Ingredientes
- 6 boneless chicken breast
- 2 boxes fettucini noodles
- 2 env. Alfredo sauce mix (Pasta Prima from Kroger)
- 1 pt. Half & Half
- 1/2 c. low fat lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick diet butter
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 - 4 broccoli florets (for garnish, optional)
- 2 tbsp. almonds, sliced
Direcciones
- Cook chicken breast till done. Cold and cut into bite-size pcs and set aside. Cook noodles as directed. While noodles cook, add in Half & Half, lowfat milk and both envelopes of Alfredo sauce mix with butter and garlic salt in 3 qt sauce pan. Stir over low heat till consistency is smooth. Add in 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese and stir till sauce thickens. (More Parmesan cheese may be added till desired thickness is achieved.) Set aside. Drain and rinse noodles and return to large pan. Toss with sauce and chicken. Garnish with broccoli and almonds.
