Receta Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small carrot, finely diced (about ¼ cup)
- 4 cups cooked rice (cold)
- ¼ cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1-2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ tbsp. soy sauce
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a large skillet; stir-fry carrot for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Add rice and peas; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Make a well in the center of the rice; add eggs. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry until heated through.
